Complete roof renovation
The complete renovation a very old cottage roof. The old roof construction was replaced by new laminated roofbeams. To gain height on the first floor, the roof insulation was placed on the outside of the rafters. The insulation used was “efisharking” 13 cm thick plates. (R=6) A really comfortable transformation.

Construction of a terrace on high level
The construction of a wood boards terrace with a balustrade. This terrace completes the “Mammuttihiri” log house which LHV has built earlier. A very succeeded project.

Complete renovation of an old cottage
Here’s a complete renovation of an old Deux-Sévrien cottage. The works have been rigorous. Replacement of the roof and all floors on the first floor, insulation of the exterior walls, replacement of all doors and windows, installation of new separation walls, installation of kitchen and bathroom, and finally painting. This project is still in progress.

Kitchens and bathrooms
This country kitchen was custom made by LHV. The “IKEA” kitchen furniture has been installed by LHV in a “Mammuttihirsi” log house. The small bathroom has been installed in a Holiday home in the Provence.

A modern extension to a house
Here’s an extension to a house LHV has constructed near Parthenay. The fiber cement cladding in red gives the project a modern look. Moreover this type of cladding is a mainenance-free solution for people who don’t like painting.

The renovation of a wooden house
This lovely house has been built by one of our not so serious concurrence using pine boards of very poor quality. Few years after its construction LHV has replaced the existing boards with douglas first quality douglas boards. This has made the difference. Today, several years later, the house is still good looking.

Custom made pergolas
Our pergolas are custom made to fit the dimensions and the shape of the terrace. Covered by a vine they provide shade in summer but do not prevent the sun from entering the house in winter. A very attractive solution with many advantages.
